Every Christmas, PC&V makes it a point to share its blessings with the less fortunate. This year, in behalf of our clients, industry partners, and friends, we decided to donate two houses for the soon-ro-rise Gawad Kalinga project in Tacloban, the site of 2013's most devastating calamity.
